Hiring for the Future: What Great Talent Looks Like

HR leaders from government and industry discuss what talent the AI era demands and how to evaluate it.

The session moves beyond credential-based hiring to ask: who actually creates value in the workplace?

And how should corporate recruiting change as a result?

What Talent Does Business Need in the AI Era?

Who can use AI effectively while still bringing human judgment and creativity? This topic examines the skills today's industries need and what new hiring standards should look like.

  1. 2
How Do We Measure Ability in This New Era?
Degrees and job history no longer tell the full story. This topic
asks how to define and assess "the ability to create value with
AI" — and how to build that into real hiring and HR practices.
